Terms of Service

Effective: May 2026

What FSO does

FSO reads your Tesla vehicle’s location and navigation destination via Tesla’s Fleet API, and fires a pre-configured order into a participating merchant’s Square POS when you are approaching. FSO does not control, modify, or interact with your vehicle beyond reading location and destination data.

Your responsibility

You use FSO at your own discretion. Tesla may change or revoke their Fleet API at any time — if that happens FSO may stop working without notice. We will notify you by email and refund any unused subscription time on a pro-rata basis if FSO shuts down.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Referral credits stack on top of paid subscriptions and do not expire while your account is active. If we shut down the service, unused paid time is refunded pro-rata within 14 days.

Limitation of liability

FSO is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed orders, incorrect orders, Tesla API outages, Square POS failures, or any other interruption in service. Your recourse for a failed order is a refund of the order cost from the merchant, not from FSO.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, New York.
