What FSO collects
- Tesla vehicle location and navigation destination — read-only, polled only while you are approaching a connected merchant.
- Your usual order (item names and quantities from the merchant’s Square menu).
- A referral code if you arrived via a share link (an anonymized slug, not your name or email).
- A visitor session ID stored in your browser’s localStorage — not linked to your identity until you sign up.
How we handle your data
- Location data is stored in an encrypted in-memory cache for a maximum of 30 minutes, then deleted automatically. It is never written to a permanent store.
- Order details (item names only, no payment card data) are sent to the merchant’s Square POS. Square handles all payment processing — FSO never sees your card number, expiry, or CVV.
- Your data is never sold. It is never shared with any third party beyond the Square merchant you chose.
Payments
FSO subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never store or transmit your payment card details.

Cookies and analytics
FSO does not use cookies. We do not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking script.
The only persistent browser storage is localStorage (visitor session ID and referral code) which you can clear at any time via your browser settings.
